All ScreenCraft Gifts are custom-made to order and non-returnable. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately at info@screencraftgifts.com.-
If you’re product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We are happy to replace incorrect or damaged items within 30 days of receipt. (Please provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect items in your email - this both speeds up the process and helps us to improve our production and shipping methods to prevent issues in the future!)
